Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the design services provided by Transformed Design Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the design services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, users, and others who access or use our design services.

By accessing or using our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

1. Design Services

Transformed Design Inc. provides various design services, including but not limited to graphic design, web design, and illustration. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

2. Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees for our services will be outlined in the project proposal, contract or subscription. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements and materials needed for the design and web work. Timely communication and feedback are essential for project success. Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving final designs.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights and ownership of the final design, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Transformed Design Inc. retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon request to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

6. Revisions and Changes

Revisions and changes to the design work will be accommodated as specified in the project agreement. We offer unlimited revisions on all our design services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or contract with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still be applicable. You can pause your subscription and activate it when ready to continue our services.

8. Refunds

Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Transformed Design Inc. and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued due to the quality and nature of the work.

9. Disclaimer

Our design services are provided “as is” without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
